COMPANY FORMATION · BANKING · IMPORT & EXPORT

You’ve heard the stories.

A rejected bank account.
A license for the wrong activity.
An import shipment that cost more in VAT than it should have, with complicated paperwork no one needs.

Months lost fixing what should’ve been right the first time. We tell you what actually works — before you file anything.

02FOR OVERSEAS FOUNDERS

Set up from abroad without flying in

Many of our clients have never stood in a UAE government office. Documents are collected digitally, signatures handled by power of attorney where the authority allows it, and the one trip you may need — for biometrics and bank signing — is planned once, in advance, rather than discovered halfway through.

  • Document collection and attestation handled from your country
  • One named advisor, working in your hours as well as ours
  • Your travel, if any, planned before you commit — not sprung on you

WHAT WE SETTLE FIRST

  • Which jurisdictionDecided by where your customers and your money sit.

  • Which activityThe most common reason a licence is amended later.

  • Which bankMatched to your profile before you apply, not after.

  • What it costs to runModelled for year two, not just year one.

03HOW IT RUNS

Four stages, one advisor

04WHO WE WORK WITH

Our clients

Founders arriving in the UAE

Setting up in the UAE for the first time, often alongside a company that already exists elsewhere. We handle the company formation, the banking introduction, and the visas that come with it — one advisor, one engagement, instead of three separate vendors.

Exporters from UAE

UAE-based companies shipping goods out — to Europe, Africa, or further. The work is making sure the export licensing, HS classification and customs paperwork are right before the shipment moves, not fixed after it is held.

Importers from Europe

European businesses sourcing goods from the UAE, or through it from suppliers anywhere in the world, for import back into Europe. We handle the UAE side — supplier and customs documentation, export licensing, the paperwork that has to be right before it reaches a European port — so the shipment is not held on either end.

05WHY TASRIE

What you are actually buying

Judgement, not data entry

A recommendation in writing before any fee is paid, including the option of telling you the UAE is the wrong answer.

One named advisor

The person on your first call stays on the file through banking and your first tax return. No handover to a processing desk.

Fixed fees, itemised

Government charges are billed at cost and shown separately from our fee, so you can see exactly what you are paying us for.

Honest about banking

Nobody can guarantee a UAE corporate account. We prepare the strongest possible file and tell you your odds before you apply.

06QUESTIONS

Asked before every engagement

Do I need to be in the UAE to set up?

Not for most of it. Formation and licensing can run remotely; biometrics and, usually, bank signing require one visit. We tell you which applies before you start.

Mainland or free zone?

It depends on who your customers are. Free zones suit export and service businesses; mainland is usually necessary to invoice UAE government entities and many UAE corporates directly.

Can you guarantee a bank account?

No, and neither can anyone else. Banks make their own compliance decisions. What we can do is match you to the banks most likely to accept your profile and prepare a file that answers their questions in advance.

What does it cost to keep running each year?

Licence renewal, visa renewals, VAT filings where registered, and corporate tax. We model year two alongside year one so the renewal is not a surprise.

Is corporate tax something I have to deal with?

Registration applies broadly, including to many free zone companies, regardless of whether tax is ultimately payable. Missing the registration is the expensive part.

Start with the advice, not the invoice

Thirty minutes, a written recommendation, no obligation. If the UAE is not right for you, we will say so.
